This documentary examines the health crisis in America and promotes the idea that by adopting a whole food vegan diet (ie. eliminate animal products and eat unprocessed food) we can prevent and possibly even cure degenerative diseases such as type 2 diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, cancer and heart disease.

Favourite Vegan YouTubers: Jordan Shrinks

Jordan has lost 130lbs (just under 59kgs) in a couple of years with a vegan diet. Her videos are extremely accessible to anyone as she is honest, down-to-earth and naturally charismatic, and while vegan, she's somewhat of a lazy cook, so she shows that you can eat calorie-controlled, satisfying and tasty vegan meals without spending much time in the kitchen at all.
